Our products
Begin with Her provides digital reading materials, written lessons and worksheets. The product page describes what is included in each purchase.
No physical items, videos, live sessions or personalised coaching are included unless expressly stated.
Orders and delivery
Please provide a correct email address at checkout. After successful payment, download instructions are sent to that address.
Prices and currency are displayed before you complete checkout. Purchasing the bundle is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
Device requirements
You need a device that can download and open PDF and ZIP files. To type into the workbook, use a PDF app that supports fillable forms. You can also print the worksheets or write your answers in a notebook.
Personal use
Your purchase gives you permission to download, save and print the materials for your own personal use.
You may not share the files or download links with others, resell them, upload them publicly, or reproduce or distribute the materials commercially without written permission.
Purpose of the materials
The materials support general reflection and everyday planning. They do not provide medical treatment, therapy, financial advice, legal advice or personalised professional guidance.
You choose which exercises and suggestions suit your circumstances. No particular personal outcome is guaranteed.
