The complete bundle is A$29 as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription.
Is it a physical book?
No. Everything is delivered digitally. No physical book, tablet or other item will be shipped.
Are there videos or live classes?
No. The bundle is entirely written, with no videos, scheduled classes or coaching calls.
What do the lessons cover?
Topics include overwhelm, mental clutter, your home, digital attention, money, time, boundaries, shared responsibilities, everyday care, identity, priorities and enjoyment.
Do I need to follow a schedule?
No. Start with one lesson, take your time or return to the materials when you need them.
Can I type my answers into the workbook?
Yes, using a PDF app that supports fillable forms. Save your completed file and check your answers have saved before closing it.
Can I print it?
Yes. You can print the materials for your personal use, including just the worksheets you want to complete.
How do I receive my files?
After successful checkout, a download email is sent to the address you entered. Download and extract the ZIP to access your PDFs.
